Lesson – 1: Positive thinking
Your physical body will respond according to how you are thinking. If you think positively, positive energy will transfer to your physical body. Unknowingly, you take sugar fill and you may believe it help with your headache. Before knowing that, syndromes are gone. It may react another way around. The doctor gives you fill and tells you may experience a headache as a side effect. End of the day you may feel a headache. This shows the power of how important it master your mind for positive thinking.
Lesson -2: cognitive bias
You have learned a new word and started to see it everywhere or you have watched a TV show and everyone started to speak about that. Our brains are built with a cognitive bias towards think which you have learned recently. This new information receives priority over old information by the brain. The brain started to process new think frequently and the world just appears magically everywhere.

Lesson -3: Anchoring
Customer decisions are influenced by reference points or Anchoring. Sellers tell the higher price than market price then they reduce the price appear cheaper. Have you experience purchased clothes for a low price at expensive shops and you felt you bought cloth at a cheap price but you bought clothes for a higher price in reality.
Lesson -4: The 80/20 principle
This principle states that 80% of effects come from 20% of causes. For a business, 80% of revenue comes from 20% of loyal customers. 80% of lessons you are learning from 20% of study techniques. It is important to decide the goal. When you decide the goal, think about which one is giving more benefits and put more effort into that goal to get more results.
Lesson -5: Law of Attraction
Law of Attraction theory states that we can get whatever we focus our thought on. If you have your thoughts on making money, you can find a way to make money. If you have your thoughts of connecting with people, you end up making more friends. When you have something on your mind, your brain will actively search for them and find the way to make it.

Lesson -6: Similarity – Attraction principle
We tend to be attracted which are similar to us. We are more comfortable with people who look like us or talk like us. Even people came from the places we came from or background what we have. The request was asked by someone who has your same mindset, you will be more likely to do it because you are subconsciously similar to that person. So I recommend making your thought positive, and your brain will start to like positive people, positive things, and positive palaces.
Lesson – 7: Spontaneous Trait Transference
When you describe somebody else’s good character to another person, that person starts seeing the same character in you, even if you don’t have them. It is super powerful. Be careful when you gossiping because it works another way around. When you start to gossip about others to your friend, you friend we will start to see the same thing in you.
Lesson -8: Cognitive Dissonance
We all grow up with an initial perspective of how we were raise. We hold on to these beliefs. When we get to know different ideas and believes in reality. Our brain is very uncomfortable with these different clashing ideas. It is difficult to move from your comfort zone. This is what it is difficult to change what we believe first and come out from that. The first impression is the last impression.
Lesson -9: mere exposure
Humans are more comfortable with familiar things and they will expose to new think very slowly. You are unsure about a thing new energy drink and seeing the advertisement on your way to work or school, after month you may feel to try that drink. When you are seeing things frequently, your brain may feel comfortable going for that. That is marketers display the advertisement everywhere.
